The current Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern all the relations between us, the company ART & POLLO OÜ (commercial name TOSSIT) and you, the customer of the tossitgame.eu website.

Acceptance of the T&Cs

When you validate your order, you declare to have read and understood these terms and conditions and you accept them without reserve. Do not validate otherwise. Do you want the scrabble link instead?
‍You are a natural person of age or you are the legal representative of a legal entity.
You are a minor... and you are reading these lines?! My God, the world has changed 🤨 (but that's good!). You can surf the site without any problem, however, you can NOT place an order without the authorization of your legal representative. (sorry)

Placing an order

You guarantee that the personal information given in the order form is accurate, up-to-date and sincere. They are binding on you and constitute proof of your identity. 
After validation of your order (i.e. acceptance of your payment), you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing:
- a summary of your order and the expected delivery time
- a link to the T&Cs (in case you want to read them a second time, just for fun)
- a link to generate your invoice

Prices and payment

The prices shown include VAT, regardless of the European country. We reserve the right to change them as we see fit. The cost of delivery is included for some countries, or the amount will be indicated before the validation of your order.

Full payment is required to place an order. That's right! We entrust the management of payments and their security to our long-time partner: Stripe. (they also handle deliveroo, booking, etc. it's pretty secure). We do not store your bank details, so you will need to enter them each time you order.

In the event of a payment default or incident, or attempted fraud in the use of tossitgame.eu, we may suspend or cancel any order and delete the account if necessary.

Delivery

We deliver in Europe, in Switzerland, in the United Kingdom, and around the world to the address indicated at the time of your order as "delivery address" (which may be different from the billing address).

The tossitgame.eu website mentions, for each product offered for sale, indicative delivery times according to the territories and delivery methods. Delivery is made within the time period indicated in the order confirmation email. If ever (you're still here? we were afraid) the stock is at zero, nada, que tchi, when you place an order, it means we are victims of our success. 🤗🤗 You will have to wait for restocking to be given the delivery date.

In case of a delay of more than 7 working days (a backorder period does not count as a delay), if the product has not been shipped, you can ask for a refund by email to issue[at]tossitgame[dot]eu. In case the order has been sent before we receive your email, we will refund the item(s) but not the shipping cost, upon receipt (by us) of the order in its perfect original condition (unopened package).

‍IMPORTANT, it is your responsibility to check the good condition of the parcel and the products when they arrive. Take photos before opening if necessary (afterwards it's too late) or refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened. A bit of common sense: we're talking about silicone parts that you'll be throwing around, don't overreact either 😏. Send your complaints to issue[at]tossitgame[dot]eu.

If the retained carrier is late, we can't be held responsible. Relax, it will be fine. ✌ Same thing if they lose your order, but we'll do whatever it takes to fix it super fast!

Right of return

You can withdraw from your order without giving any reason (snif 😥 ) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order. You must notify this by email to

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt giving you the procedure to follow.

We will refund the products, NOT the delivery cost, no later than 14 days after receiving your request. We will use the same payment method as the one used for the original order. We may defer the refund until we receive the product(s).

Anywhere else in the world: $12 (USD)

The products must be returned new, in their original packaging, and at the latest within 14 calendar days following the sending of the acknowledgement of receipt. You are responsible for the depreciation in value of the products resulting from handling.

In the same way, you can request an exchange. The same delay and the same procedure apply. If we do not have the desired reference we will let you know by mail.

Cancellation of your order

We do have the right to cancel your order and we will use it for any of the following behaviors:
- You are being disrespectful to one of our team members.
- You degrade our image online, you write comments on social media that do not reflect reality (we'll go beyond and sue you, no joke).
- You insult us. No refund, we’ll keep the full amount in compensation.
- You intend to use our products in a way that could degrade our image.

Legal guarantees

You benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity which allows you to ask us to repair or exchange the defective product(s) (normal wear and tear not being a defect), or failing that, a refund. In France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Italy and Romania you benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects. You have 2 years from the discovery of the defect to act, you will have to prove the hidden defect, by an expertise for example. 🧐

You will have to return the new products to us and we will inspect them. If the defect is confirmed, we will first try to send you a similar item, and then refund you in full if this is not possible.

Your responsibility

You are a grown up, you are responsible for the use of our products and the use of the tossitgame.eu website. We advise you not to start a game on a police car 🚔, otherwise you do what you like. We will not be held responsible.

‍Be careful when you pay online, do not pay from a public terminal. If a clever person has put a script on it to copy your bank details, you will be left crying. Check for the padlock on the left hand side of the navigation bar when you pay, the site is secure.

Our responsibility

These T&C are governed by Estonian law.

In the absence of an amicable solution, and regardless of the origin of the dispute, disputes relating to the execution or interpretation of these T&C shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tallinn.
