As we are running out of stock again, there will be a pre-order period of one month. We will restart to ship your order on Feb. 6. Note that we will apply the first-come-first-served rule, and we may even start before that date with the earliest orders. Don’t wait any longer.
Don’t be surprised if the expedition does not take place before that date. Sending a msg or an email before will just give us extra task and slow down the whole operation. Please be patient, and read our mails.
FRANCE, in 1-3 working days with Colissimo in France (mostly 48h)
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, in 1-3 working days with Chronopost (more likely to be 24 to 48h) (Mondial Relay also available, delivery not guaranteed )
Switzerland and the UK, in 5-7 working in with Colissimo
Elsewhere in Europe, in 4-14 days with Colissimo, or UPS,
Rest of the world, in 6-21 days with Delivengo
Delivery is guaranteed* in 1 to 4 working days depending on the carrier chosen and your address of course. We deliver for free throughout Europe, to our English and Swiss friends as well. Our warehouses are located in France, Germany, Spain, and in the UK.
We will ship around the world anytime soon, Canada, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, etc. We'll keep you updated on this page. 👆
No minimum purchase, no maximum either.
Group your sets in one single order to get discounts and make someone happy 🎁. You will always find a good opportunity to offer it, at Christmas, when you have no idea, we will be there to save you. Just saying.
Once your order has been shipped, you get an email with a tracking number. You can also follow the delivery from your account, tab “Track my order”.
Some basic instructions for returns and the very rare packages that would be defective.
From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to exchange one or more products. You can also retract and ask for a refund, no matter the reason. You will regret it, but it is your right 🤷. The return is free and the label will be provided as soon as you ask it from your account (tab "Return an order"). The shipping cost, €9, will NOT be refunded. When you receive your package, start by checking if the packaging is still in good condition. Then check that the TOSSIT set inside is also good. If it’s not the case, take pictures immediately (of the packaging, of the TOSSITs) and send them at issue[at]tossitgame[dot]eu. We will take a look and if the set needs to be changed, we will do it.
